encapsia Home Visit app for iPhone and iPad

Welcome to encapsia Home Visit, created by Cmed Technology Ltd. The Home Visit App is designed to allow clinical sites to capture electronic source data in patient’s homes. The app supports direct data entry, as well as multimedia data capture. The App functions both online and offline, meaning the user does not need an internet connection to collect data.

Importantly, encapsia Home Visit eliminates the time lost between a patient’s visit and clean, verified data being made available for decision making. The App also links to the Maps app to help the nurse retrieve directions to the patient’s home.

This is a special purpose app, used by sites to collect electronic source data in patient’s homes.

You can download the app but it will not function unless it is connected to the encapsia system.

You will only be able to connect to encapsia if:

• You are an employee at a clinical site which is conducting a trial using the encapsia system, and

• You have a valid encapsia account.
